Les, I have no of the TS430, but I want to apologise for CQing on top of
you. This is not my style. It took three CQs before I realised that the
normal way of disabling the sub-vfo tx on the FT1kMP Mk 5 is not the same as
on the standard MP. Sorry for the QRM. Chris G3SJJ

Off subject I know, but....
anyone recognize the symptoms...and know the cure?
I switched on the TS430S for the first time for over a year, no display and
the 'beeper' sounding continuously, 'reset' had no effect.  Probably
something simple (I hope).
