[UK-CONTEST] Rotator and Cluster

Rotator - thanks to everyone who responded, in particular Ian G3SEK and Doug G0WMW. Ian
provided me with some very useful info on rotators and Doug gave me detailed voltage and
resistance measurements. It looks like a motor fault, but more checks are needed.

DX Cluster - again thanks for all the info. I will turn off my filters and start from
scratch.
