[UK-CONTEST] ARRL 10m 2003 results

The results of last year's ARRL 10m contest have now appeared in July 
QST (arrived a week ago, where's RadCom?) and available on the ARRL 
web site at http://www.arrl.org/contests/results/ for public access.

The pdf QST article available there contains the full score listings 
which do not appear in the printed version.
