If you want a Cabrillo log for RSGB contests, and you use an
American contest logger, that's exactly what you must do. If
the authors choose to support these contests, they have to put
in the time.

The benefit to the authors is that, having done it for RSGB
contests with District codes, the same QSO format will suffice
for other contests (and there are lots of them) with serials
and district or area codes.

If you don't ask, it probably won't happen.  Then you'll have
no choice but to do any necessary formatting yourself.
