[UK-CONTEST] Cabrillo Conclusions - short

Good discussion. Outcomes :

- Carry on as normal using the logging program of YOUR choice. No need to
contact software writers or purchase/learn SD. Current "Cabrillo" style
.logs are near enough for HFCC.

- "Cabrillo" style saves you work. No need for a separate summary file, just
edit the header.

- Perhaps the best of all - no need to calculate claimed score if you use a
logging program of your choice. Not required as adjudication software will
do this. This is a real bonus for multi-op contests such as 21/28, CW FD,
SSB FD where you need to
use NA/CT/WL etc and I guess most of the other RSGB HF events. Saves some
post-contest work.
