[UK-CONTEST] Telnet

Furthering my learning curve with Writelog, I am looking to experiment with
Telnet to access the DX Cluster. It is unlikely I would need it from this
location since firstly I have a solid connection into the local node and
secondly until BTinternet catch up with the real world and enable our local
exchange, I haven't a chance of getting on broadband. Even NTL stops short
about a mile down the road.

Anyway, in the furtherance of experimentation, given that one day pigs might
fly, and also that I might want to access the Cluster from another site, I
would like to know which are the best IP addresses to access from the UK,
please.
