The RSGB management shold be congratulated on having the
initiative to present RadCom in a fresh new format.  It's
better in almost every respect than it was before.  The only
thing I see that needs to be improved is the reproduction of
photos in the editorial sections - they seem to be too dark.

I agree with Tom GM4FDM that we're into ham radio, and not
ham computers or "ham internet" (my words).  However, why
complain about Echolink and not complain about contesters who,
while contesting, use external spotting aids - whether
internet-based or otherwise?  They're not radio amateurs -
they are computer or internet amateurs.
