[UK-CONTEST] Query on prefix for Sudan/Southern Sudan?

Hi,

I recently worked ST0RY and ST2CF.
According to my log program, ST0 is Southern Sudan and is a deleted country.
ST2 is listed simply as Sudan, what is the current situation, is ST now both
Sudan and Southern Sudan ?
Can anyone enlighten me?
