RST is not exchanged in other significant contests, such as
ARRL Sweepstakes and ARRL Field Day.  I would encourage the
Logger32 author(s) to update their ADIF import routines.

The ADIF specs define <RST_RCVD> and <RST_SENT>.  There is
no <RST> tag.  It looks like Writelog is out of step here.
