[UK-CONTEST] re: mails with attachments - NO (SAFE TO OPEN)

Looks as though that could be it. All e-mails now coming in with an
attachment which is the same text as the main email. I haven't altered any
settings. Chris SJJ

Outlook Express can sometimes get its knickers in a mess and imply that
there are attachments when in fact nothing is attached.
