Well yes, at work I have recently done a lot of business with them and 
one of my clients is now running them ragged with orders, with no real 
complaints from either of us.

I've also bought a small order of new pulleys for my own mast. I 
purposely did the entire transaction without them knowing who I was. The 
order was taken by phone on the 1st attempt. They took payment by 
plastic.. and the goods arrived in about 10 days.

So in truth Steve no complaints here.
