It tells you how to covert a Spreadsheet to ADF. You may be able to import
the ASCI log direct to the Spreadsheet if its delimited properly.
I've used this method successfully. It doesn't take too long to enter the
formulas into the spreadsheet if you cut and paste from the web site.
