CT filters out *some* stuff you don't want - not everything - you still get
SSB spots in the list in a CW contest, for example. Better all-round to
filter as early in the chain as possible - saves network bandwidth,
especially beneficial if there's a packet radio or GPRS link involved. And
most folks' CT networks will also benefit from as little superfluous traffic
as possible.
