[UK-CONTEST] OCEANIA DX CONTEST - NEW TROPHY FOR OCEANIA CW SOAB WINNER

To All HF Contesters

The Oceania DX Contest Committee is pleased to announce a new trophy for the Oceania winner in the
CW Single Operator All Band category. This new trophy will be applied from the 2002 contest onwards.

Our congratulations go to Mike KH6ND who is the winner of the new trophy for the 2002 contest.

The intention of this new trophy is to promote more activity from Oceania stations in the CW SOAB
category. There is already an award for the top VK station in this category but nothing for other
Oceania stations.

The Committee is now seeking a sponsor for the new trophy. Interested sponsors are invited to
contact the committee.

Finally, a reminder that the 2003 Oceania DX PHONE contest is happening this coming weekend and the
CW contest on the following weekend, i.e.,

PHONE Contest: 0800 UTC Saturday 4 October to 0800 UTC Sunday 5 October
CW Contest: 0800 UTC Saturday 11 October to 0800 UTC Sunday 12 October
