[UK-CONTEST] 21/28 ssb Contest

So far I have only 57 electronic logs for this Contest between all the
Sections.   I am hoping that Guffy
has a mamoth batch awaiting.

Any time I listened today on 21/28 I never heard a single signal so I guess
the CW event will be a bit of a damp squib!

I will try to have a High Claimed Scores list for manchester if the
Committee deem that desireable.
