[UK-CONTEST] IOTA 2003 cert received OK

Hullo UK Contesters,

An IOTA 2003 contest certificate arrived here in the post from the RSGB a few days ago.

It's both colourful and on decent thickness paper. A vast improvement over the RSGB's earlier generation of contest certificates which were printed on wafer thin, plain white A4 paper and were entirely devoid of any attractive content. 

Well done RSGB - a major improvement!
