[UK-CONTEST] AFS CW

Hi

Went over to LY for a meeting last week and met LY2DX and LA8XM. Both asked
for better information and publicity on AFS CW as would like to give out a
few QSOs and it is never clear to the non Brits that their QSOs and points
are welcome.
