As just someone who was there to give a few points away [1hr 30 on air 
40 QSO's] I have to agree that there were a lot of 'funny' signals
around - various tuners/whistlers/rtty on tickover - Many of the 'big
guns' I heard/worked seemed to have problems with the slightly weaker
signals.
