[UK-CONTEST] Reason for rejection of log

Hi

Just for the record in case it happens to you. My Cabrillo file had about 4
rogue symbols on the first line. These did not show up when I opened the
file to debug it until I chose a pure ascii format rather than the default
Unicode format.

In such cases the robot gives no rejection reason other than the statement
about needing a Cabrillo file.

(I also had a catagory rejection but that was easy to fix)
