[UK-CONTEST] IOTA exchanges

Was it just me, or were a large number of Russian stations not bothering to listen for the IOTA reference part of the exchange? A significant number of times, Russian stations started sending "R" or requests for serial number repeats whilst I was still sending EU5 for the only time. Are they assuming EU5 for ALL G stations, or are they just misunderstanding the rules of the contest?

Not that it really matters, of course ......
