In fact back then, Associates were 'non-technical' persons and were not
permitted to use the QSL Service and not granted a BRS Number.
I quote "Persons holding Post Office experimental licences are normally
debarred from applying for admission to the Associate Grade."

Not counting RSGB Notepaper at 3/- per 100 sheets

And I know this is not the place for it, but your postman should have
delivered something ZK3ish  to you as it was posted 1st class on Monday.
