When you are posting to this reflector, please try, if at all possible, to 
use the e-mail address that you subscribed to the reflector with. If you 
don't, the e-mail will be held for posting and has to be approved manually. 
Whilst I try to review them as quickly as possible, with the volume of junk 
mail that the reflector receives, it's easy for a genuine post to get lost 
in the plethora of junk!
