[UK-CONTEST] CW AFS Results in Radcom

Thanks to all concerned for prompt publication of the results and
particularly to Tim M0BEW. Unfortunately I have spotted a couple of errors.
One major one and the other is of minor importance.

In the individual tabulation, no account has been taken of equal scores, so,
for example, at the top end, there is 3=, 3= and then 4th place, instead of
5th place. This is reflected throughout the tabulation, with the end result
being that final place is listed as 148 instead of 224. The team listing is
not so bad with only one equal score, 12th place, which means that Norfolk
ARC should be 14th and last position should be 76 not 75. Pity this wasn't
spotted after submission.

The other one is only relevant to my ego, so my apologies for mentioning it.
The reference to my third win should in fact read "fourth consecutive win."
I can live with that but I do think the tabulation should be revised and
re-published as it is too great an error to ignore.
