Just for the record, made 147 QSOs. This is well down on 2003 ( 168 QSOs).
Score remains a mystery 'cos the new Writelog module really screwed that up
:-((
This is a toughie for those-like me-in the antenna challenged department.
The verticals work well enough on LF, averagely on 14Mhz, but I get blown
away on 21/28, especially in current conditions.
My views on BERU are somewhat equivocal. On the one hand it's nice that it
persists after all these years, and it's good to be out of the rat race for
a change. To the contrary, The number of semi-automatics heard, suggest that
there is a preponderance of OFs ( like me!) in this event, and this surely
is not sustainable into the future.
Low light- Being able to work SBA on 21/28
High light- Working two V31s in as many minutes on 7Mhz. Don't it always
seem to go...... You wait ages for a V31 to show up, and then two come along
together!
