HN0, IRAQ (Attention Prefix Hunters!). Kaspars, YI9ZF (YL1ZF), was active
during the CQ WPX SSB Contest this past weekend as HN0Z. If you missed
him using this new prefix that has NEVER been issued before, you will
have another chance. Look for him to be active again as HN0Z during the
CQ WPX CW Contest (May 29-30th) as a Single-Op/All-Band/Low-Power entry.
