Yes, according to the WriteLog website:

> Voice keyer functionality using your Windows-supported sound board.
> Record new messages on-the-fly from within WriteLog.
>
> Same features as K1EA DVP board.
>
> Wire to two radios and automatically switch mic/voice keyer between rigs
from the keyboard.

Unfortunately, I have never used WriteLog - I am a user of the freeware N1MM
Logger (www.n1mm.com) which is also Windows-based and has a very similar
feature set to WriteLog. N1MM Logger has now grown to be fairly mature, and
whilst not as stable as WriteLog, this is set to change with the release of
version 4 of the application due to be released at the end of this month.

N1MM Logger also support soundcard voice keying. I have yet to implement and
test this system, but I have heard good things about it. In a multi-op
situation, you can have .WAV files recorded for each individual operator, so
that the CQ etc are in the operator's natural voice - quite amusing when you
hear multi-op stations Cqing in contests using an [external] voice keyer,
and when you work them the operator's voice is entirely different :-)

One may wish to consider the RigBlaster range (www.westmountainradio.com).
These are pre-built soundcard to transceiver interfaces, and the great thing
about them is they stop the playing of the WAV files upon PTT key-up. Thus
if you have auto-CQ enabled, hear a station come back in between a CQ, but
don't cancel the CQ from the PC, hitting your foot switch will prompt the
RigBlaster to stop the WAV playback. Quite nifty, I feel... However, they
are fairly expensive, so perhaps a homebrew solution would be better.
