[UK-CONTEST] TL4 to ADIF conversion

Chris & Tom,

My utility is at http://www.tim.ukgateway.net/adif.htm - as Chris says, 
it's a bit slow, but it should work. It takes a TL report file and converts 
it to ADIF. Any problems using it, let me know and I'll try to help.
