Just got the 9N7 guys on 80 CW, even though the new GP is still resonant on
the "Over, rover, with company" end of the band!

A piece of useless information but since you asked..
I have a QSL for a QSO on 160m Dated 25/1/1964 for DL9KRA same name as below
but interesting that his QSL shows
DL9KR and he added the 'A' with a home brew stamp when he changed QTH.

This ties up with Don's comment and explanation.
