[UK-CONTEST] How can I renew my LOTW certificate?

Hi
I was trying to renew my Trusted QSL certificate for LOTW but I can't
find the "Renew Certificate" command which is supposed to be in the TQsl
menu.  I only see the "Request a New Certificate" command and that one
only tells me I have already got one!

Has anybody used it successfully?
