Thanks to Ian/GM3SEK for pointing out that indeed it does, and singing its
praises.

The only thing now is to find a keyer that will sync. reliably to the
computer speed. From what I read, none of the USB port devices are quite
there yet, although I am happy to be disabused of this p.o.v.  if relevant.
Unfortunate though it is, seems like software authors only copy the sound of
migrating hooves :-((. I am just hoping that N6TR is not pulling our
paddles, when he says he is writing TRwindows!
