[UK-CONTEST] N1MM question

I am warming to N1MM, but I can't see how to get rid of all those
superfluous F1 Key buttons just underneath the Entry line. Also F11 doesn't
appear to be the standard Wipe Entry. I get the impression it is a bit like
TR, from my brief excursion with it about 10 years ago - if you are a
programmer you will get one with it, if you are an operator there will be a
lot of mumbo-jumbo to understand!

Confused of near Trent bridge Cricket Ground. Chris G3SJJ

I see this as a huge plus point for N1MM !
With N1MM you have total control of size, shape and position of all windows.
You can also select how many or how few windows you want to see.
I have a basic layout which I use all the time and modify it depending on
the type of contest I am taking part in. For example the logging window,
bandmaps, log and cluster windows stay in the same place for most events so
I always know where to find vital info on the screen. Once you have
customised the layout to your preferences the windows stay where you put
them.
The selection of a logging program is a big decision driven by so many
functionality and personal preferences. After two years of huming and
hawing about moving my station log from DOS to Logger32 I finaly completed
the task this weekend and wondered why I didn't do it years ago. It takes
me less decision time to buy a new house or a car!
