[UK-CONTEST] RSGB web site in general

Hi,

Tell me that I am being an "old fart", but going back to the RSGB web site
after posting my last comment, I noticed that it now contains "Goooogle ads"
on the front page.

Is this completely naff in terms of giving the wrong impression about the
Society or is it just me? From my perspective, I cannot believe that the
revenue it generates is worth the impression that it gives to visitors to
the site.
