Guys,
I use Total Recorder V5 - http://www.highcriteria.com/.
Cost approx £6 by VISA or $11.95 USD.
You can tune to whatever sample rate you like (i.e. most that are available
in Windoze and the open source codecs MP3, OGG, etc).
The trick with these things is to get recordings time stamped (or some kind
of indexing) so you can find them later.
