Pretty much the same reasons for me, although I'm not sure that
waggling a manual key really counts as good physio for my Lateral
Epicondylitis (tennis elbow to you).
Callsign : GM8OEG
Claimed Score : 23760
Band QSO State/prov
160m 10 9
80m 16 10
40m 20 10
20m 7 6
15m 67 31
10m 0 0
Total 120 66 total states 32
As you see I missed the 10m opening totally due to not ever going there
:-( It's a shame because I worked w3lpl on every other band and it
would have been nice to have the clean sweep 10-160, no particular
reason - just nice.
I was doing it far from seriously as you can see but surprised I never
found some really easy states : AL, LA, SC, (but worked loads of TX)
and heard almost no VE stations at all. I'm pretty new to the low bands
so it was particularly heartbreaking to hear big signals from V26G on
80m and KV4FZ on 160 and not to be able to work them....
