[UK-CONTEST] Commonwealth Contest

The Commonwealth Contest takes place on 12/13 March.  SDC is a
freeware logger dedicated to this event.  It runs on any Windows PC.

Please try the latest version (V11.13) from www.ei5di.com/sd/sdc.zip.
You'll also need to download www.ei5di.com/sd/sd.zip as it contains
various reference files required by SDC.

I'd appreciate any feedback - whether bugs or suggestions.
