Looks like wrong wording, should be "Any station"
I often wonder about those people who respond to an S&P call by saying "Not
in the contest." OK, they might not be sending an entry in, but a quick
59(9) would keep me happy. I normally log them any way since we have
actually established contact.
I have long suspected that many people think contesting is about a closed
group who only want to make contact with each other, rather than anyone
being able to join in. I suppose there are exceptions like Beloo and FOC
Marathon but other than that perhaps we need to educate these people to join
in the fun (as we see it!)
Just hope the wind stays calm to allow to wind the tower up to full height
for tonight's 80m CC, otherwise the dipole will be at about 11m high.

Thanks to all the (direct) replies.
The rules state:-
"3. Scoring: One point per.contact. An entrant may be contacted once per
session."
Perhaps I take things too literally thinking that you need to know if your
contact(s) are entrants!
So I'll go for anyone - anywhere.
