[UK-CONTEST] Log-EQF to Cabrillo

Dave,

Log-EQF should do this itself ???  Win-EQF certainly does (latest 
version v1.83, and several before it).

Select 'Contest' from the menu bar.  Until you turn contest mode on, all 
other options are greyed out but two of them are 'Cabrillo info entry', 
and 'Cabrillo results'.
