Adrian I won't shoot the messenger BUT our crew HAS a couple of "Observer's
to gain experience on this fast and furious in what is a HQ World
|Championship Competition". You do not put out your 2nd or 3rd eleven to win
but in time they will. My crew all have decades of experience that is why
they are invited but this in no way stops others from coming along with much
less experience to operate the software and spotting stations. Even my
efforts will be limited as other members of our crew are much more
experienced in Contesting/Dxpeditioning.

e.g With G3VMW  G3AB  G4OBK  G3SJJ G4BYG G4RCG even I will be "Tea-boy
despite my 50+ years of CW contesting. It is a UK Team Effort and ALL should
participate no matter what activity.
