[UK-CONTEST] For Colin G3PSM Re Ofcom Questionaire

My 13 year old son received one. Filling it out was beyond his ability really. It concerned me that the survey results, and the future of amateur radio, are going to be driven by the repsonses from 13 year old kids. I haven't received one (yet).
