[UK-CONTEST] Ofcom Update

An almost identical consultation document was issued by Ofcom in February this year, proposing electronic licensing of ship radio equipment.

This has now closed and all the responses are posted on the site, some rather interesting.  Note how Ofcom has dealt with bulk responses that have clearly been "organised" by a lobby organisation.  RSGB may wish to take note.
