[UK-CONTEST] Best place to get my FT1000MP MK5 repaired?

Hi
I appear to have zapped the RS232  input on my FT1000MP MKV.   I have
always managed to repair my own rigs, but I think I am going to have to
admit defeat and send a rig for repair for the first time in my life
:0(

I have done some work with smd discrete components before, but I don’t
have the tools or the experience to risk ruining a board!

Any recommendation as to the best place to get it done?  I am located in
Coventry.
