[UK-CONTEST] Multi station call signs

Hi Steve

That rule applied to the licence a long time ago, and in those days 
stations like G4ANT had to use GB4ANT if they wanted to operate 
multi-multi in a contest. But when the licence was revised many years 
ago all that nonsense was thrown out, and G0KPW (later M6T) has operated 
multi-multi on HF many times.

As you say, it is common in VHF FD and this year the Windmill group will 
dispense with the separate callsigns G3GRS/P G0HSS/P and G0FDZ/P and 
we'll use our regular 2m callsign G0FBB/P on 6m 70cm and 23cm as well.
