[UK-CONTEST] UBN/NIL Reports

Does anyone know what sort of standard a single operator should be aiming for in terms of lost points on UBN/NILs in a CW contest.  They didn't have all this new fangled stuff when I was last contesting!

Or put it another way I've just got my CQWW CW report (OK, easier 'coz there's no serial numbers) - so is losing 0.8% of QSOs and 3.1% of points OK or do I need to work on this?
