[UK-CONTEST] GB5HQ 9-10 July

For the third successive year, a large team of contesters around the
country operating as GB5HQ will attempt to win the headquarters section
of the IARU contest on 9-10 July.

To do this, we need the support of as many UK stations as possible. As
contesters, please help spread the word to your locals, DXers,
ragchewers, clubmates, and as many people as you can, that we need you
all to come up and work GB5HQ on as many bands and modes as you can.

This year we will be using the Starlog software written by G3WGV and
used successfully at 9M0C, D68C and 3B9C. All ten sites comprising GB5HQ
will be linked to a central server which will allow us to see which
bands and modes you have already worked us on, and we will be able to
direct you to our working frequencies on the remaining bands. As in
previous years there is an award programme, with awards available for
working GB5HQ on three, six, nine and all twelve band/mode combinations.

a huge number of UK stations next weekend.
