Final tweaks for BERU completed.

I've updated BERU.CTY with known HQ stations.  You can get it
from www.ei5di.com/beru.zip. This is not essential, as SDC adds
HQ stations (to BERU.CTY) on the fly while logging. 

I'd recommend that you always enter both the serial and "HQ"
in the Serial field. For example, 23HQ (Enter) will be expanded
to 023 HQ and will log the QSO.

When you log a "new" HQ station, SDC now shows the correct bonus
analysis for this station. In V11.15 (yesterday) there was a
display error under these circumstances, but it did not affect
scoring.

You can get the updated SDC.EXE from www.ei5di.com/sdcexe.zip.

If you experience any problems with the top-row mumber keys,
use the FORCENUM command.  This forces numeric output regardless
of the status of Caps Lock or Shift.  This is for information,
it's not a new feature and does not require the latest SDC.
