[UK-CONTEST] Four-square directions from UK?

Just about to start marking out for the 40m 4sq at the new QTH, but 
people have offered two different sets of advice on the best directions 
to point it.

The contester's perspective: 30-120-210-300, to be optimum for running W 
and JA

The DXer's perspective: 60-150-240-330 covers more countries, but leaves 
W and JA in the gaps between the lobes.

I'm aware of the possibility of making a 4sq switchable to 8 directions 
(and may eventually get around to that) but would appreciate comments 
about the "best" four.
