[UK-CONTEST] VLF/VHF

Hi fellow contesters,
   Ok so the editor has made a bit of a boob regarding VHF, or VLF as he refers to it, simply a lack of knowledge of the frequency spectrum, but on the other side of things if you read page 7 column 2 ref qsl cards he has a means of us e-mailing our envelopes to the sub editors.
 If he can e-mail me the soft ware to use this method of sending envelopes he is forgiven for his other mistake.
