[UK-CONTEST] Radcom & AGM

May I remind everyone that due to changes in the Society's Bye-Laws and 
accounting year the AGM will not now be held until May 6th and will be 
held in Belfast.   I am told that Harry has already reserved his flight 
tickets!

These changes have been published in Radcom but of course outside of the 
contest pages.
