[UK-CONTEST] Alligators & Rabbits in CQWW CW

Hi All,

On several occasions I called, without success, strong stations who were 
CQ'ing seemingly endlessly - and other were calling without success too. 
So I strongly suspect that such stations were calling CQ repeatedly 
simply to keep "their" frequency warm while they were off doing 
something else - perhaps checking other bands or may be visiting the loo 
- as we say in the UK!
