SOAPBOX from GW4CC
1. Sometimes, watching paint dry is quite exciting!
2. What incredibly poor conditions - like those throughout the week
3. Thank goodness for digital voice keyers - had time for a 3-course
meal before actually had to speak. We usually just have a swig of
coffee while the keyer calls CQ!
4. We packed in by 1330z - wonder if anyone stayed until 1900. Should
be a special prize if anyone did!
5. The Club's CW team have already decided not to participate in the
CW leg. I wonder if they're right.
6. Although we worked 5 stations on 28MHz we never heard a beacon.
7. We'll look forward to 2006!
8. It was some compenstaion to hear EU stations getting serials of 70+
from some UK stations
9. We still had some fun - honestly!!
